Thame Town Council is the parish authority for Thame, which has a population in excess of 11,000. They are committed to representing the people of Thame and providing many key local services.
They have a team of 16 councillors supported by staff who work in partnership with local residents to preserve the town’s unique heritage and dynamic future. By working together they hope to make Thame an even better place to live, work and enjoy.
Thame Town Council employs a Market Town Coordinator. The role works in partnership with the private sector and relevant community groups, in order to maintain and improve the vitality of Thame Town Centre, developing and coordinating initiatives that work towards this aim. Taste of Thame is one of these initiatives.
